Project Period Product Drive

4EVR DEZ is more than a nonprofit, we are a movement. We meet tangible needs for teen girls while building self confidence, teaching healthy relationship skills, and creating safe spaces for open conversations through our movements, Project Formal, Project Period, and Teen Brand Ambassador Program.
Through our tangible approach, we empower teen girls to recognize their worth, establish healthy boundaries, and lead with purpose and confidence. Every dress given and every free feminine product pack
provided to under resourced girls, is a step forward to breaking cycles of shame that surrounds teen dating violence and menstrual cycles. Our open conversations discuss period stigma, period poverty, and teen dating violence awareness. As an added bonus, we are adding financial literacy to our teen ambassador program.
Since fall 2022, we have provided 1000+ girls with free formal wear and distributed 1100 emergency feminine packs inside schools and distributed 4000 emergency packs at festivals. We have opened up conversations about teen dating violence to 650 individuals since January 2025. Since 2023, we have mentored 76 girls in our 9 month
program giving each girl a chance to shine, build confidence and lead. Many teen ambassadors return for a second and third season with our program.
We invest in a generation to empower girls who will grow into strong women who support each other rather than tear each other down. Your support will directly fund life changing programs that break cycles before they begin. Through our partnerships with Pen Air Federal Credit Union and Favor House, we are creating a culture of future women who support each other, go on to live stronger lives while making better financial and dating relationship decisions.
Most importantly, you are investing in proven outcomes. Everyone of our teen ambassadors who has aged out of the program has gone on to begin a career or attend college. We are proud to share that our program has achieved 100% high school graduation rate and zero teen pregnancies among our ambassadors.
These results show that our holistic approach-combining mentorship, resources, and education-empowers girls to break cycles of poverty, violence, and stigma while setting them on a path toward independence and success. Our comprehensive model addresses a girl's practical needs, emotional growth, and long term future, equipping her with confidence, resources, and community support.
Together we can change lives one girl, one dress, one period and one conversation at a time.

Our History:

In 2021, Natalie Lambert and her amazing team of volunteers founded the idea, and Project Formal planted its roots in Santa Rosa County. In 2022, Project Formal became officially associated with 4EVR DEZ, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and expanded to serve all Northwest Florida High School students.

The name 4EVR DEZ was derived from Desirea Sierra who was killed through an act of domestic violence at the age of 11 and unfortunately never attended a high school formal event. Taxie Lambert, her mother, along with her daughter Katelyn Lambert and her amazing team of volunteers and board members honor Desirea by empowering students through resources and opportunities that promote inclusion and equality through projects in the NWFL area.
Project Formal, the lead movement and most recognizable under the 4EVR DEZ nonprofit, is to ensure all students have the opportunity to make memorable moments at school-sponsored formal events, by empowering students with free formal wear to keep, sell, or re-donate to our dress cycle. The dress cycle also serves other charitable organizations in our area as well as middle schoolers.

4EVR DEZ introduced its second movement, Project Period, to the NWFL area in 2023. The movement provides free feminine emergency packs inside middle and high schools in the NWFL area. Project Period empowers girls by supplying emergency period packs so teen girls may focus on their studies and worry less about caring for themselves during their menstrual cycle.

4EVR DEZ makes every effort, along with the help from community sponsors and partnerships to make lasting memories for middle & high school students.
4EVR DEZ, Inc. is honored and excited to bring various project movements to the NWFL area. 4EVR DEZ, Inc. serves all of Escambia through Walton County High School Students.
