WHAT TO EXPECT
Students registering to attend a Dress TRUNK SHOW should expect:

A formal wear package includes ONE dress (shoes, accessories, and alterations when available).

Once your registration form has been submitted for a formal package, students (and/or Adult) will receive an automated reply to make an appointment (date/time) using our calendly appointment platform. Once the appointment is set, you will receive information about the location and contact information in the event you need to contact via email/phone.

You will receive text reminders about your appointment. After your appointment, you will receive a "Thank You" text/email. This final automated reply asks for your feedback about your experience. Your feedback provides continued support from our sponsors and donors. Please provide feedback so we can continue to provide FREE formal wear to students. Sponsors like to receive impactful feedback for continued support.

Please refrain from bringing small children to the Trunk Show. Space is limited and no childcare is offered. We strive to put all focus on the student's experience receiving a formal package.

Dresses selected at the time of our signature trunk show is the students to keep, sell or donate back to the organization.

If student desires to donate back to our nonprofit, drop off locations are found on our website.

Each student will be guided by a personal stylist throughout the appointment to ensure the student's experience is memorable.
- Personal stylists will pamper each student by offering personalized service and styling tips to ensure their formal event is a lasting memory.
- If available, seamstress will be on hand during the trunk show to assist with minor alterations (hems/straps only).

Students are encouraged to bring a female adult or friend but not required. The focus is ensuring the student makes the scheduled appointment.

All gowns and accessories (if available) are free of charge and yours to keep. It's our GIFT to YOU to show you how special you are.

To help with the sustainability, we accept small donations for dress formal wear but not required. Donation link found on our website.
Students applying for a Tuxedo Package from 4EVR DEZ should expect: (available only during Prom season)

Tuxedo Packages are limited to 10 participants per season, depending on funding.

Students needing a Tuxedo will need to complete the registration process by selecting "Tuxedo Rental" on the registration.

Students requesting a Tuxedo Package will be notified by email if a Tuxedo Certificate is available.

Students requesting a Tuxedo Package do not need to attend our Trunk Show.

Students receiving a Tuxedo Package will be responsible for contacting 4EVR DEZ's assigned Community Business Partner assigned to the Tuxedo Package. Instructions in the email will have name and address of the Community Partnered Business.

Students receiving a tuxedo voucher will be responsible for fitting, pick up and return of Tuxedo with the assigned Community Partner who is providing the rental. Student must be accompanied by a responsible adult when being fitted for Tuxedo.

4EVR DEZ is only responsible for the payment of the Tuxedo rental. Tuxedo rentals are an agreement between the student and partnered retail store. It is the students/parents responsibility to sign rental agreement and return rental to the partnered retail store.

Students not returning or failing to pick up Tuxedo rental will not be eligible for future Tuxedo Packages.

Student/Guardian will be responsible for all late fees, damage fee incurred at time of Tuxedo return.
